The food here is wonderful and the staff is nice. my only issue is their fries. I'm sorry to say suck. and its not just this location its the chain. Food here is always consistent, it's not the best burger ever but they make up for it by having salads, great sides and great customer service. I mistakenly sent an online order to the wrong store. The one I went to was kind enough to call them, cancel the order and make us a fresh order for free. Was flabbergasted. Definitely recommend this place!

Expected a better tasting burger. Nothing special about the burger. French fries had too much salt on them. Did the curbside pick up. Had to wait a long time for my food. Food was cold.

Everyone in the kitchen and in customer service should wear hair towels. I touch a long hair in my club chicken sandwich.And they didn't even refund me.$$.They didn't even offer more.What a shame because it was one of the places I liked to eat.
I placed an order. Two Santa Barbara meals exactly the same but one with rootbeer and one with lemonade. They sent the meals out minus a drink. If you order two meals how do you forget a drink. Then when you try to call them, you get a rude lady at the call center who tells you to go to the website and go to Contact Us. Contact Us is all the way down on the last line in the smallest print imaginable. It just all adds up to poor customer service. This was a gift to my granddaughters after a long hard day at work. I will not be ordering from the Habit again.

so much yum! Miss this since we moved away but make sure that I get one every time I come back. Puts In N Out to shame. Veggie burger is delicious. Good tastes fresh, pickles and jalapenos add some pizzaz to it and love that they have cucumbers and mushrooms on it

Went on a Friday afternoon. Ordered from the screen but was offered my drink by a young lady. The place was clean. There was a gentleman mopping which I didn't mind. The food came out promptly. I ordered their new crispy chicken sandwich, it was just okay, not really spicy. I wished I would of gotten the regular burger. The fries were fresh and the sweet potato fries were good. Another gentleman offered to take our trash, which was nice.
