Okay so I only give it 3 stars and here’s why. I got a tuna sandwich on the crunchy bread, pasta salad and a cookie. First time ordering from here, my sandwich was good, tuna is on the dry side so I had to add more mayo and mustard. Otherwise, good. Pasta salad was average. Now the cookie…. Prettttty sure it was still raw about half of it. I only took one bite, it has an interesting aftertaste not what I was expecting. So just some little things.

Usually this place is adequate. Today, not so much. The $14 Highlander was a poor attempt at a sadwich. Wish I could post a picture.

Super solid sandwich spot all around. Better than Subway or Jersey Mike's in my opinion. I had the Skywalker, it was a good portion for the price, very tasty. Service was super quick, I was in and out. And the Crew Member who helped me was very nice, cheerful and all around great, he greeted me with a smile and cheerful attitude from start to finish which can be rare at times and it's always so appreciated.
Went with the combo meal to add and Dr. Pepper and Cheetos and then I can never pass up a good looking cookie so I threw in a chocolate chip cookie for good measure.
Definitely check them out if you're looking for a quick and yummy sandwich you can count on.

The bread can be fresher it was quite old. And I'm saying this because I'm a sandwich guy I know bread, I know meat, freshness is Paramount. Don't mean to downplay the place. I think a little bit more attention to food quality. And we'll make this place what it's said to be.and training too

My first time here, a friend ordered for us when I said I would buy lunch. #19 turkey and prosciutto... only 1 slice of prosciutto. I couldn't even see it till my friend found it.
I picked up 3 sandwiches, potato salad and bought a cookie with $7 tip $56 total. They were slicing turkey when I paid. Wanted to have a taste by itself, and they wouldn't give me a sample. I'm a paying customer, not a freeloader.
Great crew of workers! They get the orders out fast and efficiently even when the whole store is packed!

This was a great sandwich spot that has degraded into a dirty subpar sandwich spot. I know that inflation is a problem...but to cut meat portions in half and charge more? The soda machine has not been cleaned in quite a while. Disgusting actually...

First time at the Simi Valley store, I ordered a number 22 pastrami and sauerkraut on rye, Was supposed to come with thousand island dressing and cheese, but they forgot to put the cheese and the thousand island dressing, sandwich had very little sauerkraut! I won’t be back!!!

I love sandwiches make them at home all the time, have been here two times before, today boyfriend picked up a sandwich I created not on menu but I've had it before .... Anyway if you have heard of Ikes this is not even close. Today was the last straw. I appreciate the service and kindness however the sandwhich was not good. Place needs a little more work. Anyway thank though. I'm sorry but today I'm not sure why I just was upset about it. Also there was not pesto anywhere at all,they said no pesto, however its a good ingredient for sandwiches. Anyway sorry for the stars but this is how I felt just having a rough day and this did not make it better.
