AMAZING customer service! I had another vendor cancel on me last minute and tikiz came out on short notice IMMEDIATELY drove all the way from simi to Ventura within 90mins of my request! Everyone at our event loved it! More variety of products than other vendors. Super friendly. I will definitely be booking Tikiz for our community events. HIGHLY recommend

We had Tikiz Shaved Ice out for a company event and could not be more pleased with their service! Not only were they on time, the employees running the truck were quick and courteous. We will definitely use them again in the future!

Cancelled on us last minute like an a hole because he overbooked. We had been confirmed for a long time. Now my son is devastated.

I don't demand my food be prepared with love but it can't be prepared with bitterness and spite either.

Larry is a man you can trust to bring Sweets to your streets. His colorful truck has great music for a party.I booked him to come out for my sons birthday party which allows all the guests to go up and have as much ice cream or shaved ice as they wanted. As the truck drove it, it played the Happy Birthday music. Then after he parked, it played some lively music to entertain us all.My son enjoyed having multiple ice cream sandwiches and many of his friends enjoyed the shaved ice with many different flavors to choose from. Oh so delicious!Perfect for a hot day for this outdoor party!

Had the Tikiz truck over for my daughters birthday! It was perfect great service all the kids & parents were so happy...especially since it was over 100 out!! Highly recommend them and we will use them again!! Thank You Tikiz for being so amazing!

I would recommend Tikiz of Ventura County for your next event! Affordable, professional, clean, arrived on time, and maintained great communication. Music played during their time with us which was a special touch to our luau themed event! I’m happy they agreed to do our event!
