Celebrated an early birthday dinner at Tomodachi Sushi in Simi Valley—been going there for nearly 20 years, and they just keep getting better! 👏 We had the cucumber salad, seaweed salad, oyster special 🦪, our regular rolls including their signature roll, and the sashimi (especially the albacore) was so fresh 🍣. Paired it with a cold Kirin beer 🍺—just perfect.

I used to dislike sushi…. but this place completely changed my mind. It’s the first time I’ve had sushi that I genuinely enjoyed. A few days ago, my family and I visited Tomodachi, and the experience was simply amazing. The food was delicious, the service was awesome, and the ambiance was warm and inviting.
If you visit this restaurant, you absolutely MUST try the Tomodachi Rolls. They were crazy good.
