Food was mid at best and the worst part was the service. They didn’t explain it clearly that the whole table can order only 3 items at a time. There were 5 of us there and all 5 of us had the same understanding. Service was very very slow. There was a button for us to use to call the server and we pressed it 3 times in a span of 10 minutes and no one came up to help us. Worst Korean bbq place I’ve ever been to. Servers were also rude and were rushing us.
Food was good, the service was bad 👎 they charged my husband and I 18% gratuity even though it clearly says on their menu 18% gratuity applied for parties of 6 or more. We spent over $100, and we usually tip, but it's hard to when you have dishonest people.
Worst customer service. They rush you in everything.
Great food. Make sure you eat all you order cause a whole ribeye my friend ordered they put in the trash cause we were too full to finish. I hate waste..
Amazing employees and even better food
Surajang is a great place for Korean BBQ. The food is great. However, I had to keep asking for basic things like lemon, napkins, salt and pepper. They are very busy and they should have these things on the table. Other than that I have not complaints.
They offer a delicious and authentic all-you-can-eat experience with high-quality meats, flavorful side dishes, and excellent service in a lively atmosphere.
Worst service at a restaurant I have ever had. They walk away from you when you are telling them what you want to order. Food was ok. I will never go back
Super good and the waitress was so lovely and nice. I will come again with my family
Me and my partner went here on a quiet Wednesday evening and it wasn't too busy so I can't say what it'll be like on weekends. We had the cheapest version of AYCE which came to about 70 dollars for 2 people.
We only ate brisket, bulgogi, and gelbi, and my gosh, they brought a lot by default, me and my husband was struggling by the second portion of bulgogi and gelbi but it was still really good.
Be aware there is a charge for 15 to 30 dollars depending on the wasted food you can't finish and you can't take home any leftovers which I find quite wasteful, since they'll just throw it away.
Me and my husband still had some leftovers but luckily they didn't charge us for it, maybe it wasn't too much leftover to charge us but it did teach us how much we can eat next time when we come here again! The ladies here were very nice!

Food is pretty good. Some are not the best. I would say it is kind of healthy, like no oil/maybe a bit. The atmosphere is clean. Service was okay. They are not the nicest but they were not terrible. I would say 3.5 stars in total.

Very rude!! All I ask was the wait time and the person that answered the phone said very busy , long wait and hanged up!! Why would I support these people if they can’t provide a simple wait time!
