I used to really enjoy frequenting this palce, but I can’t recommend it anymore. Prices going up is one thing, but they’ve clearly embraced shrinkflation & it feels like they're greatly benefiting from it.
The lunch salads are a perfect example. The bowls now are barely an inch deep and almost feel like half the size they used to be. The bowls were definitely deeper before. Honestly, with how small they are, they might as well hand you a petri dish... The salad bowl size wouldn't be so much an issue, but they limit you to 1 trip at the salad bar.
The personal pizzas aren’t much better. Not only are the slices so small you can fit an entire piece in your mouth with room to spare, but I’m pretty sure they’ve shrunk compared to what they once were just a few years back.
It’s ridiculous to charge more while offering less. What used to feel like a good value now just feels like a rip-off.

Had several friends recommend Toppers to us so we finally caved in & tried it. It’s a bit pricier than your average pizza joint, but we were not disappointed at all. Flavor & portions are worth it.

I recently visited Toppers Pizza and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The atmosphere in the restaurant felt cold and unwelcoming, almost icy rather than warm or friendly. On top of that, the manager came across as rude when we tried to raise a concern. Our interaction with Javier was also frustrating; his service left a lot to be desired, and he really needs to improve his professionalism.
I’ve always heard good things about Toppers, so this visit was a letdown. I hope the management team takes feedback like this seriously and makes changes to create a friendlier environment and better customer service.

The one in valencia in better my pizza was the meatinator didn't have any meat on it and for 25.00 you would think it would will not stop there again I will drive to the valencia

The best food. The best workers. I only have one complaint and it’s really nothing to do with toppers per se. is the arcade area, the video game machines are way too dang expensive. I’m trying to use pocket change while I wait for the best pizza in Ventura county. I spent all my loot on the pizza, which is well worth it. But dang lemme get quarter machine in the arcade will ya.
