I have been bring my daughter here since they opened and at first it was worth it but lately it has not been worth my eight dollars. This is the fifth time I’ve been in there in the past two months that they barely had any toppings for the base. I don’t know why I don’t know if management ordering enough, but this place is starting to go downhill. I’m not gonna spend eight dollars and you guys don’t have all your toppings that you guys are supposed to have. It doesn’t make any sense. Not only that I asked the girl to put chocolate chip cookie and Oreo inside the base she only added Oreo maybe if they turned down their music a little bit she would have heard me .

The fun of watching the ice cream get rolled is the draw. The ice cream is on par with any other ice cream shop. It's almost like a variation of coldstone, with them mixing it up in front of you. There are few chairs inside, but really no place to eat. Workers were friendly and attentive.

We went there last weekend. It was very tasty we ordered Cookie Monster, oreo and cereal I for got the names. (??♀️) The only thing is I wish they had different sizes. It’s just too much for one person and you feel guilty for throwing away $8 ice cream. ??♀️

Updated review..we have ice cream from here every weekend but lately it's been hit or miss. Went last weekend and got fabulous service. They even gave extra wafer sticks. Went today and the kid in the front had no idea what he was doing. Mixed some blue ice cream from a previous customer in the strawberry that he'd put so little of the liquid that just 4 skinny rolls came out from the pan. Proceeded to fill the empty space with whipped cream. Totally disinterested in making the stuff at 9.15 when closing time is 10 pm. No bueno ! Will be watching who is at the station before I order going forward.

We were looking for something to beat the heat; 95+ degree heat to be exact! We ordered the matcha and strawberry cheesecake! Similar to coldstone but the flavors were delicious! I really liked how they rolled the ice cream into the cup and add the topping. I've never had ice cream served to me like that before. The servers were quick to make the ice cream and very helpful. The store is small but perfect size for an ice cream shop. It was very cool inside to take break from the heat. Overall, I would come back and try the other flavors.

Fantastic place to come for ice cream! We tried their signature "rolled" ice cream and were so impressed! Delicious flavors , fresh , big selection of fold-ins and toppings and it tasted amazing! Super creamy! The service was friendly, funny and efficient. It is a MUST visit!

Good Ice cream but a bit expensive. Wait times tend to be a little long due to the fact that each one has to be individually rolled. They usually have only one person working (they were super friendly) but it just really slows down wait times during rush hour. Great for a one off outing, but definitely too expensive for an everyday treat.
Great ice cream but any time I come here within 30minutes of closing, the staff always says they're already closed. I'm not sure why they advertise closing at 10pm if they stop taking orders at 930 (regardless of having a line or not). If that's the case, advertise that you close at 930. Today I was told "the owner told us to close early tonight." She's quite the business woman, so I don't believe that 1 bit

The rolled ice cream is really good and the variety of flavors means there's something for everyone. The atmosphere in the shop is very cozy and there are ice cream puns everywhere.

The girl with the pink hair is nice and sweet we ordered 7 ice creams and she remained calm and in a professional matter regardless how stressful we knew it was becoming because more people kept on coming in, she’s a great individual however can’t say the same about her fellow employee she has a very bad attitude she was really upset and stressed and was not very nice shes the taller gal with long hair in a ponytail she was jus bad news she does not know how to greet or be polite and she seem to be bothered by everything as we asked questions cuz it was our first time. The gal with the pink curly hair caught on to her attitude and stepped in and helped her. Which was great because I was already losing my patience with her attitude. That 5 dollar tip was for her . Regardless ice cream is good but could use some better training for the ones who seem to hate their job.
