Called in an order for 30pc boneless at 3pm on a Saturday. They said 15-20min. Showed up 20min later, the restaurant was dead. No other customers. Order wasn’t ready. Took them an additional 25min after I got there. 45min to make 30 wings!!
The workers were more interested in their conversation than making my food.
Got home and my food was cold! Avoid this place unless you have no other choices!! BAD SERVICE, cold food and a lack of desire to even provide a good product.
Thus franchise gives wing stop a bad name

ordered online and boyfriend got there to pick it up on time. we got 20 boneless wing special. all of our wings were cold, none of them were labeled and in the same container (4 flavors), and the sauces/rubs weren’t even dispersed on the wings. it’s like they poured the sauce on top and didn’t mix at all. really disappointing when you want decent wings and are craving them. not sure what happened but just seems lazy.

The last couple of times I’ve been here the food just isn’t great tonight wings were unseasoned and almost undercooked they used to have some pretty good wings compared to other wingstops in the valley but they changed staff and now it’s hit or miss and more misses then hits.

Always get your order wrong through Doordash. no quality control on what they hand out to the drivers. I've ordered delivery several times from this location and 75% of the time, the order is missing a whole bag of food / a couple of items or the order is entirely wrong. I suggest ordering from the Wingstop on Erringer instead.
Update 7/10 Called the store manager for a refund 1st thing and he took good care of my refund. It’s still a Fowl AF experience, I ordered a 10 piece flats combo well done with large fries. Instead Got a 10 piece flats with feathers on them, completely disgusted. I could not believe it. Such poor attention to detail doing things on auto pilot. I even plucked them off for you to clearly see them on the plate. Total failed experience. Bumped from 1 to 2 stars since Anthony took care of the situation. Won’t be going back for a long bit.

I've been coming here for years and customer service is always great but the place seems more run down and dirty every time I come. This most recent time I showed up right when they opened and the place looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a while. A restaurant should always be clean for health reasons and it says a lot about a business when they dont keep a place clean. Makes you wonder how clean and sanitarty they are with food. I love this place and would love to keep coming back but it would be great if they did some deep cleaning anf maintained it a little better.

Went in here at 9.40pm today because the light said 'open late'. Official time says 10 pm on the door...Nope...'we are closed because we already put everything away'Hope corporate takes note of all the bad reviews here and does something about this franchise.
