Always get your order wrong through Doordash. no quality control on what they hand out to the drivers. I've ordered delivery several times from this location and 75% of the time, the order is missing a whole bag of food / a couple of items or the order is entirely wrong. I suggest ordering from the Wingstop on Erringer instead.

Update 7/10 Called the store manager for a refund 1st thing and he took good care of my refund. It’s still a Fowl AF experience, I ordered a 10 piece flats combo well done with large fries. Instead Got a 10 piece flats with feathers on them, completely disgusted. I could not believe it. Such poor attention to detail doing things on auto pilot. I even plucked them off for you to clearly see them on the plate. Total failed experience. Bumped from 1 to 2 stars since Anthony took care of the situation. Won’t be going back for a long bit.

I've been coming here for years and customer service is always great but the place seems more run down and dirty every time I come. This most recent time I showed up right when they opened and the place looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a while. A restaurant should always be clean for health reasons and it says a lot about a business when they dont keep a place clean. Makes you wonder how clean and sanitarty they are with food. I love this place and would love to keep coming back but it would be great if they did some deep cleaning anf maintained it a little better.

Went in here at 9.40pm today because the light said 'open late'. Official time says 10 pm on the door...Nope...'we are closed because we already put everything away'Hope corporate takes note of all the bad reviews here and does something about this franchise.

Do not donate your money to this place. You most likely not eat the food. Toss the wings for goodness sake. Wings are always only tossed on one side only. Soggy wings even though we ordered well done. Fries soggy . And the ranch is straight up white water. Please do not eat here. TRUST ME!!

Need retraining on how to toss the wings. One side is always seasoned and the other one isn't.
This location can never get their take out orders right. Ordered my chicken extra extra well done, also ordered a side of carrots. My chicken was undercooked and the forgot my carrots. This is the 3rd time and we will not be going back. The management and staff needs to pay better attention to the orders and double check each order!!!!

One star for the food and interior of the store.The store needs a good cleaning. The metal panels around the area you pick up food..... need to literally be scrubbed. The whole area is disgusting. We came in the evening and it was colder inside the restaurant then outside! My phone temperature app registered it to be 45 degrees inside.Our fries were so salted and covered in seasoning.....we couldn't eat them. I also could not even wipe off any of it. Our chicken was cold.We ordered inside and I would HIGHLY recommend not doing that. We saw countless orders go out and waited 25 minutes for our food.

Excellent service and food. I come in maybe 2-3 times a month and ussually nothing stands out too much or i send my kids in but yesterday (12-10) was a rathher large order so I went in myself. The manager with the tattoos was very kind and helpful, very professional but personable. He helped us understand the spicyness chart and our options before ordering, told us when our food was be ready and even helped us out to the car. You just dont see service like I did here today. Fries were pretty salty but other wise a great choice.
