I've been coming here for years and customer service is always great but the place seems more run down and dirty every time I come. This most recent time I showed up right when they opened and the place looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a while. A restaurant should always be clean for health reasons and it says a lot about a business when they dont keep a place clean. Makes you wonder how clean and sanitarty they are with food. I love this place and would love to keep coming back but it would be great if they did some deep cleaning anf maintained it a little better.

Went in here at 9.40pm today because the light said 'open late'. Official time says 10 pm on the door...Nope...'we are closed because we already put everything away'Hope corporate takes note of all the bad reviews here and does something about this franchise.

Just went there after a long day at work just trying to enjoy some wings. Absolutely disappointed. The wings were barely the size of an average chicken nugget. And some of these are absolutely unacceptable. The customer service was sub par at best. Felt like no effort was put into making my food or trying to make it good. Safe to say I don't think I'll be paying absurd pricing for subpar food. Definitely lost a repeat customer.

Wings are not cooked right at this location. Also no water cups, so be prepared for an extra $2 charge for water.

Do not donate your money to this place. You most likely not eat the food. Toss the wings for goodness sake. Wings are always only tossed on one side only. Soggy wings even though we ordered well done. Fries soggy . And the ranch is straight up white water. Please do not eat here. TRUST ME!!Vegetarian options: Veggies

One guy behind the counter while his coworkers sit at a table and screw off. When we tried to order some wings he said it would be an hour. And to go outside and order online. Said "forget it". Walking out his coworkers laughed and said "got rid of another one". This place will not be in business much longer.

Wings were cooked perfectly, crispy and perfect amount of seasoning and sauce on them. Very clean and my order was ready in the timeframe promised online. Staff and service are great! Nice to have a reliable place for delicious wings in the area!

This location can never get their take out orders right. Ordered my chicken extra extra well done, also ordered a side of carrots. My chicken was undercooked and the forgot my carrots. This is the 3rd time and we will not be going back. The management and staff needs to pay better attention to the orders and double check each order!!!!
Very disappointed in our order. It was a takeout order and got home to realize my Cajun wings barely had any sauce or seasoning. Wings are fatty and a rubbery texture. It grossed me out and I couldn't eat them. This isn't the first time we've had an issue with this location. Do better.

Wings were dry. Sauce was ok but couldn't hide the dry wings. Corn was good but each piece was 1 inch... over priced.

I know customer service doesn't exist anymore.No one checks for timed online orders. Employees rather chit-chat with one another. This location staff lacks communication with each other or doesn't not to how to speak with customers. It takes 2 employees to speak up and say 3 more minutes

Ordered a "Bundle" of 16 wings, 8 cajun, and 8 Louisiana Rub. Upon arrival, received only 8 wings in total. Contacted the store and was told they miscounted we could get the wings if we drove to their location. The order was for delivery. I'm appalled that an advertised special can be miscounted, and more embarrassed by the staff not being able to count to 16. I'll chalk it up to the State of our local education system. Do we need to provide calculators? NEVER ordering from this franchise again.

One star for the food and interior of the store.The store needs a good cleaning. The metal panels around the area you pick up food..... need to literally be scrubbed. The whole area is disgusting. We came in the evening and it was colder inside the restaurant then outside! My phone temperature app registered it to be 45 degrees inside.Our fries were so salted and covered in seasoning.....we couldn't eat them. I also could not even wipe off any of it. Our chicken was cold.We ordered inside and I would HIGHLY recommend not doing that. We saw countless orders go out and waited 25 minutes for our food.
