I was upset that my rewards points expired a couple of days before this order. I think it would have been nice for Pizza Hut to extend the expiration period a little due to the pandemic.

I’m not happy… I ordered 12 traditional bone in wings and only got 9 and they were cold when they were delivered. Very disappointing experience!

Literally the worst order service I have ever received. After ordering through their website, which claimed to have a delivery ready in the next 30-40 minutes, we not only did not receive our order AT ALL, but after waiting on the phone for 30 minutes to finally get in touch with a person they claimed we had called earlier and converted it to a carry out order! This was after their website claimed the order had been delivered and charged us.Did not even offer a refund. Miserable experience.

Pizza was ice cold by the time we finally got it. When I started to place my order delivery time was 25-35 minutes. But after my order had gone thru it went to 60 minutes! Ended up re-heating it in my own oven because we were already waiting for so long

There was a miss communication from what I ordered via their website to the type of pizzas that were made. None of the toppings that I ordered were on the pizzas they all came as cheese pizzas. The driver did not deliver the 4 drinks that were ordered as well. Didn’t expect much because it is Pizza Hut but just so sub par.

I often take my friends to this place with my warmest recommendations. I go to this restaurant often. I get very good feedback from my friends. The meals are flavorable and the stuff is efficient and cooperative. Every time we go to this place we enjoy a lovely evening. highly recommended.
Fix your website. I just ordered a pizza from this location and ended up getting the wrong order. I ordered one supreme with extra sauce, and one pizza with stuffed crust. I called back to see if I could correct this. All I ended up getting was being told that my recipe had said that I ordered two supremes. Either get more understanding managers or fix the website.
