Love this place. They used to have mini lucky charms but I haven't seen them in the last month. I wish they would bring it back. This place is always clean especially where all the toppings are

Is a good for views… I am disappointed in the flavors and resistance for a sample so if you are new to these flavors you don’t get option to taste before purchase.

It was ok. The toppings were a bit of a mess but you can never go wrong with their yogurt.

I have been to this location multiple times as my kids like the yogurt here. We like that they have a variety of flavors and toppings. Customer service and cleanliness need improvement.

Sometimes they let the machines get too cold and over freeze the yogurt so its icy instead of creamy 🤔

Horrible Store Manager. Belittles employees and ignores customers. Hope they replace soon.

We went last last night and tonight. Both nights they were out of hot fudge.(Seems like whenever we go they are.) Are they only limited to one bag per day? When I asked the girl about always being out of hot fudge she said they had it earlier. (She had an attitude!) Last night there were 22 people in line and ONLY 1 cashier was working. (A nice young man.) There were 2 employees behind the counter; 1 was refilling containers, not sure what the other one was doing. Honestly I would have had one of the employees open up on the other register to move the line along.
Tonight there were 2 girls working behind the register. It amazes me how they both would text between ringing up customers! The toppings were a mess. They really should be more careful with the peanut butter candies going into the other containers for people who are allergic to nuts.
Sadly we have decided not to go here anymore. The manager really needs to talk to the employees about respecting customers and have some sort of policy that if there are 6+ people in line to open another register.

waited there for 10 minutes with no one taking my order. I had to notify them in the back that I was ready for my order to be taken. Came in thursday 29th 10:40 pm. when i first got there all the machines were to the back and it looked like they were closed. cashier just ignored us. she had attitude which i try to give the benefit of the doubt to younger generations but dang she was rude and her face could tell it all

Delicious and varied flavor options! Employee did not wash hands between sweeping and adding toppings to my cup, unfortunately, and this bothered me some, but I ignored it bc a cup of froyo is already not the healthiest snack option. Will go back for flavors, but something the business should keep in mind, perhaps.

I showed up at the store today around 12:30 store was open with no employees at all, waited and no one ever appeared so I just left ... Weirdest experience ever...
