I’m surprised to find such a great Mexican restaurant in the mountains! It’s one of the best I’ve ever been to. The fajita trio takes me back to Texas, where I lived for years. And the lobster tacos…what an amazing twist, combining high-end seafood with street food. Every bite is so flavorful and delicious. Plus the restaurant has a warm, homey vibe that’s perfect for gatherings with friends and family.

Everything was as expected! Good food and fantastic service. Truly couldn’t expect anything better. Maida, our server was on top of it; drinks and food with absolutely zero regrets.

I love how from the minute you arrive you are acknowledged and attended to. I love the freshness of the food and the pride with which it is served. Stopped in for a to go order to take back to the cabin and enjoyed a delicious cocktail while I waited. Served with a smile! Love Rosalva's as they appreciate my business and serve really fresh food.
