This 5 star review is for the owner’s response to Niki Dupre’s “review.” That is the type of energy this country needs! ????

No employee was wearing a mask during our whole experience. Our waitress did not stand six feet away from us, not even two, though I was wearing my mask. For an expensive restaurant you’d expect them to be more attentive to customers’ safety. When my mushroom bolognese came out I was absolutely shocked. For $27 I would NOT expect canned tomato sauce with no flavor or spices, and mushrooms of similar quality thrown on top. There was no ragu, no MEAT, no carmelized veggies, no ciabatta, no pesto. This was not even close to what was advertised on the menu. The manager told us if we wanted better prices we should’ve gone to CPK, to which i told him that I don’t expect $27 quality at CPK. I told him I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect what’s advertised on the menu here. Terribly disappointing experience.

Great atmosphere and vibe, bar or table seating, there was live music, excellent food and presentation. Highly recommend the stuffed salmon over risottos and the chicken piccata over mash potatoes. Friendly staff.

The service is phenomenal. Wonderful people. The food was hot. However, I felt like it was just a tad pricey. I ordered the Chicken Alfredo. I’d give it 7/10. The ciabatta bread with it is amazing.

Food was good but if you have any concerns about COVID-19 spread avoid this restaurant. The staff doesn't wear appropriate masks at all and they seat people without regard to any distancing.

Horrible service and the owner is completely unprofessional. We were sat 50 mins past our reservation time and our appetizers hadn’t even been started by the kitchen 30 mins after we ordered. I wrote a review about how disappointed my husband and I were and the owner had the audacity to be rude. I WILL NEVER return or recommend this place. Suck. A. Joke.

We were a party of 7 the new year evening and our experience was not what we expected. The service was deficient and it was a free for all table service.The whole place looks like a desorganized restaurant but it's maybe because they were not "full staff". They were ready to serve the main plates and our appetizers were not even close to finished. So they go back in the kitchen with our plates.

I now have a new Italian restaurant and bar on my short list. Music Wed-Sun, friendly and attentive wait staff, cocktails served properly with a large ice cube, excellent appetizers and entrees. Recommend!

Came here for dinner on Christmas Eve. Delicious food. Meatball appetizers were delicious. I got the chicken parm which was great. Mom got fettuccini Alfredo which was a bit bland. Side of brussel sprouts were great. Lost a star because they weren't serving pizzas and didn't inform us until we we're ordering our entrees (wish we had known when we arrived).

Delicious food with really good vibes and a very fun staff. Im really glad I got to spend New Years eve here!

The restuarant is very classy with lots of food options on their menu. The restuarant is open very late and sometimes has live music. The bartender Derrick is very nice and is great to converse with.

Every item on the menu is fantastic. Staff pleasant. Drinks made like real drinks! Only issue we noticed was One waitress needs to put a top on. Live music a plus.

Crush is located on the 101 in Solana beach. I had a nice meal there. Prosciutto and melon plate was really good, it had some ricotta and honeycomb on the plate, always welcome ingredients. Then we had some lasagna. Also good! I would have liked it to be more meaty but still it was very good. Nice portion sizes. I’ll go again!

Crush is a great Italian fare food spot with a great vibe/ambiance. I personally enjoy the live music and the customer service is excellent. If you're in the neighborhood, I definitely recommend stopping by and satisfying your hunger!!!
