Einstein Bros. Bagels

All wrong , the girl at the register and taking the orders give the worst customer service ever doesn’t even greet the customer or say (good morning, thank you ,or anything at all ) roll her eyes at every body you can tell she hates to work there , the service took around 40” for 2 beagles when we were the first people getting there ,they gave every body else their orders besides Us , I had to ask how much longer it was going to take for them to just look at me like I was in the wrong for asking . Horrible service.

I've never ever received such bad customer service before. I asked asked a simple question and the cashier Liz gave me such a attitude. And she told me if I didnt like the wait I can leave. What kind of service is that. It looked like she was having a bad day already but taking it out in others is not the way.

Service was so so, with one employee happy and helpful, and the other seemingly sad to be at work.

Food arrived reasonably fast, and tasted fine.

Place was a little messy around lunch time, despite being deserted.

Friendly employees, clean facility, and what's not to like about a bagel.

We love this chain, but this location needs a good manager! Order took around 30 min to be ready, there were 5 teenagers working , for only 4 bagels. The order was all wrong, and mix up. No coffee brewed, the bathroom had no paper and it was dirty. If this was my first time in Einstein Bros, I would probably wouldn’t come back.

This is a great place after surfing!

I go here now and again for the convenience however the service is abysmal.
I had one girl leaning on her elbows as the till not even saying anything. Just sighing her way through. She took my order them proceeded to go back onto her phone.

1/3 times you come here your going to wait 45 mins to an hour for your food. Mobile order btw, came in 15 minutes after ordering when they asked me to switch my order, now it's been 45 minutes since placing my order

Edit: hello Einsteins team, I'll update my review when this location has a change in management, the ones in Del Mar and Encinitas at run just fine so there's no reason this location should have this problem. It's been at least 5 years and there's been no change

Einstein's Brothers offers a wide variety of delicious bagel sandwiches at a great value. My favorites are Classic smoked salmon lox on 6 toasted cheese bagel and the Farmhouse just as it is served on cheesy hashbrown bagel and smear of the chive cream cheese. The entire team of associates make me feel most welcome when I arrive. Ariana, Thor, and Vera always provides exceptional service that exceeds my expectations!

Sandwich I ordered was cold and the egg whites felt runny, tomato was disgusting. Threw it away too fast to take a picture. I wish I saw the reviews of this place before I walked in. I got the bacon avocado tomato

Placed mobile order, waited 25 mins after arrival only for them to tell me they were out of the bagel I wanted. Rude employees. Unclean location. Previous management was exceptional I’m not sure what happened

if this place doesn’t stop making me late to work by taking an hour to make a bagel and then acting like I am being impatient then I am literally going to turn the dry cleaners next door into a bagel place and put them out of business. This is not a threat! It’s a promise.

They have great bagels, I like the food here. However, the service at this particular one was a bit off, the staff seemed distracted and disorganized. It took about 10 min to get my order which seemed slow. The lobby was kind of a mess and seemed like no one had cleaned it.

I love this chain’s bagels, but every time I go in here the wait is very long, even with just a few people in line. There’s no express line just to buy dry bagels so you end up waiting for 15 minutes while these customized sandwiches are ordered, figure it out
