Best place around I've been too. Hidden away but its 2 minutes from freeway/beach/race track so it's worth seeking out. Best breakfast burrito I've ever had, and the portions are big. Prices good. i really hope this place sticks around because I like it. Give it a try, I won't be surprised if I can't get in the door one day due to the crowds.

Had a solid carne asada torta for lunch. Well cooked with fresh produce on top. Salsa was good. Staff were friendly. It was nice and clean inside. Although the decorations are pretty sparse. Kinda bare bones that way. Would love to see some squeeze bottles of salsa on the tables. I'll be back for sure.

Lucas and Nicos's is in the neighborhood, with some good eats. I had a sausage and eggs breakfast burrito with cheese and red potatoes as well. It certainly was a tasty burrito. The breakfast sausage was tender and juicy, the eggs had a soft scramble appeal to them, cheese was well melted, and the red potatoes were tender. The burrito came well wrapped with a quality flour tortilla. On the side, came a small bowl of simple yet effective red salsa. It was tasty and offered a good medium heat. It's a good start, but I would like to see them expand the menu a bit. For example, adding different breakfast burritos, i.e., chorizo, machaca, and veggie, etc.. Service was friendly.

Absolutely fabulous! We stumbled upon this place on our way to another restaurant and LUCKILY decided to stop here instead. One word: GO! There was no one dining when we went in, don’t let that stop you. This place ought to be full with a line around the block EVERY NIGHT! We had grilled fish tacos, chicken enchiladas, chicken tomatillos soup and nachos. Everything Was spectacular. The little grocery store inside the restaurant was great too. Beautiful produces and the best prices.

Was at Lucas Produce Market yesterday (love it btw) and asked Lucas when the taco shop (attached building) would be open. He said "maybe tomorrow, look for the open sign." Drove by early today and the sign was lit. Well, what better way to do taco Tuesday than with a new taco shop. Very unassuming clean shop. Menu was not what I was expecting but in a very good way! Take a look and you'll understand. Ordered Pork Pozole soup, fried fish tacos, grilled chicken Caesar salad, Nico's chicken enchiladas and pollo asado street tacos. Everything was spot on. The grilled chicken for the Caesar was perfectly blackened and not dry. It's clearly not Nico's first rodeo. Check out pics, clean fresh avo, crisp romaine. Fried fish tacos were great. Huge piece of fish, not too much white sauce prescribed squeeze of lime and what else do you need. The enchiladas were delicious (I'm told) and the side beans were savory with a hint of spice. But look at the menu. You can also get a cheeseburger?!? A chicken sandwich? A veggie sandwich? And then the breakfast. Small menu but an interesting range. Huevos rancheros and pancakes? A little America and a little Mexico. Will probably swing by and check out breakfast this week. We have a new taco Tuesday place for sure.
