Quite expensive to pay $5 for a little chocolate croissant, but INCREDIBLY delicious. The staff all spoke French and there were authentic French products--shampoos, mints, drinks, etc. from France!

Cute little café with a tempting lineup of baked goods. I ordered the brie omelette, which had good flavor but came out a bit dry for my taste. A pleasant spot overall, and I’d be open to trying other items next time.

Love love this spot for brunch. I've had their quiche so many times, but I'm never sick of it. My friends had the croque madame and the smoked salmon benedict which were wonderful. They also have yummy mimosas and a great patio for that outdoor cafe vibe.

Outstanding place to grab breakfast. We had eggs Benedict along with a very good vanilla latte. Great service as well.

Great breakfast spot. Seems to be owner operated the chef is the cashier LOL. I had the Parisiens Omelette (Gruyère cheese and ham) along with a coffee - simple but delicious, made and presented with care. Outside seating area is shaded and nice to sits outside to dine. I thought the food quality was excellent and the other dishes I saw at neighboring tables looked great as well. With the visit. Will say it was a bit expensive @ $17 for and omelette but everything is so much more expensive now especially dining out.

Overcharged me a few dollars. Menu prices don’t match what they charge.

Delicious French cuisine at Madeline Cafe! Very cute and calm environment, with a nice dog friendly patio. We ordered the egg Benedict with smoked salmon and a mixed platter charcuterie and cheese board. We also got a chocolate croissant which tasted really good, better than expected. The food comes out pretty quickly. Definitely recommend!

Cute little French café on Cedros in Solana Beach. We came for breakfast/brunch on my birthday. You order at the counter, get a number and they bring your food to your table. The majority of the seating is outside with overhead shade. I thought the prices were a little high for the size of the portions. My friend ordered a Nutella crepe ($14 in 2024) and was disappointed it was just one. I had an omelette ($18 in 2024) which came with some lettuce greens. The owner is actually French and they sell a few French grocery items. There is a single stall bathroom for which you need the key. Parking is on the street, 3 hr limit. It's fun to look around Cedros shops afterwards or stroll down to the beach. If you found this review useful, please click the thumbs-up!

Terrible coffee and everything is so overpriced. Too many other good options on this street to go back here.

Came here from breakfast with my wife. We both ordered the crepe complete. It was Devine. The owner was super friendly, the atmosphere was low key.

I would 100% come back for more.

Great breakfast and great service. Cute decor and plenty of accessible seating. Staff were very courteous. The crepes were well worth the price but many budget friendly offerings. Highly recommend.
