I have been to Mia's several times and love it each time! Henry and all the staff are fantastic. We had Rin and Anna help us last night and everything was superb from the service to the cocktails and yummy dishes we all ate. What a treat to have such a wonderful place in Solana Beach. Our server, Chloe, was AWESOME! The food was really good. We got there before Happy Hour ended and enjoyed a shareable (empanadas) and really good margaritas from the Happy Hour menu! I scored with the Shrimp Chile Relleno entree and ate all but the chile stem, and my husband had the flat iron steak which he thoroughly enjoyed. We will definitely go back!

I had high hopes for Mia's after reading about the restaurant in an Eater post. We tried it last night before going to a show at Belly Up, which is within walking distance. Mia's exceeded my expectations!! Everything was great - people are all nice and our server was very knowledgeable about the menu, and the food was outstanding. Very creative flavors, some re-inventions of classic dishes, like the Shrimp Chile Relleno we had. We also shared the Snapper Ceviche, Grilled Octopus, and the Al Pastor Mushrooms - yum!!! We will be back for more!
We enjoyed Mia's for a special occasion dinner. Everyone's meal was delicious, our patio table was comfortable with warmers nearby and the noise level was low so that conversation outside was easy. Inside the noise level was noticeably more and conversation would have been more strained. Service was prompt, not rushed. Enjoyable, will go again!

Henry helped us to get an excellent booth after we preferred a different location; he can't do this every time but it was greatly appreciated. Maya also was most accommodating and great attitude no matter what the request. our server Grace was attentive and very friendly. I'd strongly recommend the street tacos, I enjoyed the mushroom one. Caesar salad fresh, large, and delicious. oh, and the gelato, don't miss it.
