I'm in Panda Solana Beach at least 2 nights a week. Normally the staff is great. However, they have all new people the night of 1/8/25. The initial person who took my order was extremely rude and obviously didn't want to be there as he never asked if I wanted egg rolls or anything extra but I didn't let that stop me. However, after my food was boxed and ready to go, they tended to Uber orders that weren't even there to be picked up while my hot food sat there. I asked to be checked out and all three employees started arguing with me. I was finally able to pay after making an issue out of it. I told the guy, you can understand why I'm a bit frustrated... There's nobody behind me, nobody is here to pick up Uber orders, and my food is getting cold. He argued some more so I just walked out. If this whole night crew stays, stay far away from this place. I want my old crew back. They were awesome.

Ordered walnut shrimp bowl. 2 walnuts and the shrimp tasted old. Asked fod steamed but got brown rice. Wasn't fried rice. It had nothing but rice. Take out. So you dont realize until it is too late! Money in the Garbage

Friendly staff, yummy food. Usually quiet restaurant.
Note: instead of waiting in long lines (never happens for me), I often have to wait for them to cook a new batch for my order. This isn't a problem for me (plus I know I'm eating freshly cooked food!)

I cannot find my receipt so I wanted to leave a review for the two women who served me with a cherry on top at panda express tonight! No I don't remember their names but I do remember MISS CHRISTINE it's not her homebase but they were exceptional the chef made some hot and fresh steak stirfry it was Excellent, KEEP THE SPICY ORANGE CHICKEN ON THE MENU PERMANENTLY 100% Thank you guys for a great meal!!

This particular location is the worst One I have ever been to. I have been there maybe 10 times. They are always out of at least half of the entrees. I think whoever manages this location should be fired. They are not doing their job. I have also seen them giving out free food to either friends or family. It is a very surprising thing to see.

Adjust encounter on this restaurant, which is Chinese run by Hispanics. A lot of discrimination well she the manager was giving a complimentary a free drink to Spanic. She started yelling across the room to a white person ( who really was spanish!) who is getting ice. Only you need to pay for that drink. did you pay for that. What kind of service is this is what they come here they don’t understand. United States is great because of the people know the ones that come and destroyed it. It is about God, not about who you are.
