We went here, because I read on the website that they were very particular in sourcing their coffee beans from fair trade, small farmers, in various parts of the world, and roasted them to perfection. I was very disappointed to find out that they could not even do a pour over and surely not a French press. The Ethiopian that they had on tap as a drip, was very mild, and barely distinguishable as an Ethiopian, which usually has a very strong characteristic bouquet. The storefront...
I'm going to keep it simple. Cedros avenue has a lovely vibe. Sitting outside in the sun with a delicious cup of chaga espresso was lovely. The service was impeccable, and the girl at the counter was more than kind. Will definitely be returning. I will say that there isn't very much seating outside, two tables with what was there when I went. I don't feel that that's enough of a problem to give it less stars though. Service and product are what is most important...
Beautiful little shop i just happened upon while on a walk looking for coffee... so glad I didn't stop anywhere else... it was so good I ordered a second on the way ou the door
