Don’t let the shack vibe fool you, this spot surprised me. The Vietnamese lettuce cups were fresh, crunchy, and perfect for a summer day (loved the pickled veggies, though I’d skip the peanuts next time). My wife’s bulgogi with rice was a little sweet but packed with flavor. Great beachside find, I’d definitely stop here again on the way to Solana Beach.

You don't expect a beach shack type place to be perfect but this place is a dump. Grimy and dirty with mess/clutter and broken equipment. The poor girl working the front was unable to keep up with a mid-week lunch crowd while 2 (maybe 3) guys were in the back. 30min wait for a few banh mi, one of which was not what we ordered. The food itself was ok but would hate to think how it was prepared.

Less meat and other ingredients in the bahn mi than they put in about a year ago. Maybe inflation related. New cashier just stared during the order with no words …but I think it might be their first job. Sindi is great if she’s there!

Best beach snacks and drinks w great vegetarian options. But really needs recycling as there is none and way too much aluminum that could easily be recycled.

Overall a cute place to grab a bite by the beach. Good array of Asian fusion options. I went the online order route and it was ready in exactly the estimated time.
Would recommend for an easy beach day option.

Cool little spot near the beach to grab delicious snacks.
Sindi is the best. Food is great atmosphere is amazing. We all love Sindi!!!
Sindi's Snack Shack is a hidden gem. It's tucked away from the main strip in Solana Beach and easy to miss. Sindi is a warm and friendly woman who will brighten up your day. The food is just incredible, exactly what you would expect from street/snack food. The Vietnamese iced coffee will supercharge your morning.

The best crispy rice tuna. Amazing. My kids love love and choose over any restaurant in SD.
Great spot for a quick casual snack. Tried the spring rolls with shrimp and they were delicious, freshly made to order.

This place is Incredible! Stopped here for lunch and was blown away. I got the bulgogi bahn mi and my boyfriend got the bibimbap bowl; both were so delicious. Plus the katsu masubi was so yummy too. Sindi is so sweet and creates such a welcoming atmosphere. really amazing hidden spot that more people need to try!

Thur Nov 2024 12:45pm, homley girl with poor work ethic behind the counter wearing a crop top and flirting with a man old enough to be her grandfather. I ordered food to go and it's given to me in a pastry bag rather than plastic container . Thai tea was made poorly but spam musubi is good

This is the second time I order shrimp spring rolls and get chicken spring rolls. When I've added avocado to orders they miss it BUT still charge me. I'm over this place.
