This is hands down one of the MOST WELL RUN, and exceptional Starbucks locations and experience, that I have encountered in years, and this is coming from a former Starbucks Store Manager. The team - everyone is upbeat, friendly, warm and inviting. They learn your name and face, and greet you with enthusiasm. They genuinely care that your experience meets or exceeds your expectations. I’m unsure if Matt is the Store Manager, he carries himself as such, and I am beyond impressed...
This place has ALWAYS been friendly but today, on a day where I sat with my own heavy heart, I watched your staff cater to an unhoused individual like a VIP … which made me cry some more but for an entirely different reason. Unbelievably impressed.
Nice location and friendly customer service! I hate to complain however the bathrooms are in pretty bad shape. I’ve gone to a gas station with a cleaner restroom. I honestly didn’t want to eat my lunch after, just some feedback!
