Lies about having drive through
As always good, fast services.
So I ordered a venti pink drink with no ice. The girl that was doing my drink didn’t even fill it up. I asked her why didn’t you fill it up, she said you asked for no ice and you have to pay extra to fill it up more. Well I payed for the drink, I didn’t pay for the ice. I ordered a venti drink that wasn’t even filled up all the way. This is the first time I hear something about paying extra to fill up my drink all the way. ??♀️ bad customer service!

no one ever greeted me for two years of coming here nearly every morning (probably because it’s the crack of dawn and i look like a troll) so i almost thought about going to another place butttttt then one day, troy started to say “hey mimi” and “thanks mimi” and i just wanted to say how much i appreciated those two simple words! it truly goes a long way. and now others have started to greet me as well. so thank you :)

Love this location because of the staff that work there!This store checks all the boxes!The staff hit's it out of the park!They are fun, personable, sweet, kind, and genuine.And they are there with a smile on their face everyday!I could have stopped buying coffee there months ago, but I show up every morning as they also make a damn fine latte!Kudo's to you all!
