Starbucks

I am a partner visiting from a West LA location coming on a road trip from San Diego, I looked at multiple Starbucks reviews upon choosing a Starbucks because I like to have a customer experience.
Victoria went above and beyond, I genuinely can’t say how happy I was to step into a Starbucks and feel all of the marks were checked. The taste of my beverage is immaculate, I have never been able to have a Starbucks beverage taste as close to the ones that I have been able to make for myself and this is just genuinely so beautiful.

I hope to uplift this store, my experience was genuinely amazing.

Today I am waiting here for 25 minutes for the opening. The time is 06:10 the . The worker is inside. The door is closed. When I checked the schedule it’s open 6 o’clock.

Just came from the store down the street after a distasteful experience and let's just say Hosi (I think was her name) thank you for making the moment right.

Very rude girl looking at me with suspicions and treating me like a beggar when I stayed at the store for 2 hours and asked for refill for cold brew when I was done drinking my latte.

I was meeting someone to get them signed up with their Medicare plan. We were able to get a little privacy in the back section. I had their unsweetened iced tea. As always, it tasted great, not bitter or too watered down.

So I ordered a venti pink drink with no ice. The girl that was doing my drink didn’t even fill it up. I asked her why didn’t you fill it up, she said you asked for no ice and you have to pay extra to fill it up more. Well I payed for the drink, I didn’t pay for the ice. I ordered a venti drink that wasn’t even filled up all the way. This is the first time I hear something about paying extra to fill up my drink all the way. ??‍♀️ bad customer service!

no one ever greeted me for two years of coming here nearly every morning (probably because it’s the crack of dawn and i look like a troll) so i almost thought about going to another place butttttt then one day, troy started to say “hey mimi” and “thanks mimi” and i just wanted to say how much i appreciated those two simple words! it truly goes a long way. and now others have started to greet me as well. so thank you :)
