A nice clean restaurant with a nice simple menu. The breakfast burrito and the French toast were very good. There is both indoor and outdoor seating, and parking behind the restaurant. The service was friendly, albeit slow. Took 20 minutes to have a waiter come after we were seated. Then he didn't check back until the check. But when he was around, he was nice. The seating indoors is loud but only because of the staff very loudly talking to each other.
OH MY WORD! The strawberry French toast and bloody marry was DELICIOUS!

Went with 6 gal pals for bday breakfast. Everything was fantastic. Seated right away(with open table reservation). Coffee drinks were all yummy. Good was delicious with vegan options! Service was efficient. We used to love Beach Grass so happy another has come to take its place for easy breakfast option.
We tried using the bathroom and the owner or someone ended up kicking us out screaming at us very bad

Enjoyed our breakfast experience! Tasty food, full portions, great service and fun atmosphere. Seated right away. Look forward to returning for lunch and dessert in the future!
I had friends visiting from Seattle and thought this place looked great. We got there and no one was there to seat us. Our party (and a few others) had to wait a few minutes. Once we ordered, our food took over an hour to be brought out. We had parties come after us and leave before our food even came. No one ever checked in with us. We inquired, and the server said it should be right out. Never offered anything to drink (other than the water on the table). No manager came to follow up and apologize. No discount given. Food was good. Would not go back.

Very awkward combination of confrontational bully seating people, server who took 30 minutes to “be right back” to take our order and food portions that were comical. (Less than 1 total slice of bread for toast)
The order came out wrong, but nobody was willing to stop by to get it remedied. I ended up getting up to flag the server down to simply ask for a check.
I’ll be shocked if this place is in business in 6 months.

Restaurantji Recommends
Food was outstanding. Service was slow. Had to ask for coffee twice. Didn't bring syrup with the pancakes.
Many breakfast options to choose from. Vegan options as well. If you can't find parking on the street of this restaurant, then park on the street behind. Free street parking. Fletcher Cove Park is near this restaurant. Excellent service. They don't rush you.
Loooooove great spot happy to of found it randomly too. Went for a last minute brunch they have the best gluten free options
The 7 of us showed up Saturday around 12:30. We had a reservation, so our table was ready. We were greeted warmly by our server and she took great care of us. The food came out quickly and it was delicious. We had pancakes, eggs, omelettes, fruit, bacon and drinks. Everything was fresh and the presentation was also lovely. I highly recommend going here for a great experience.
We had their special panettone French toast and chilaquiles. The French toast was great and the chilaquiles were very good. The service was a little slow, and it seemed hard to get the attention of a server. That said, sitting outside was pleasant and quiet. We sat along the side of the building. We will return!
