Didn’t really know what to order, I asked the person taking my order what they usually get and he recommended a Mango Parfait (or something like that). Didn’t get his name but, whoever you are. Thank You! It was delicious.
We arrived here about ten days before the official opening almost a year ago. At that moment we thought the business was already open, but unfortunately, we were out of luck. They were still preparing. Despite that, the owners were so kind and helped us with a goodie bag and a delicious energy drink. The next time when we are around, you’ll see us. Better than Starbucks! Love the variety. But the guy who took my order could have been nicer. Train your staff to remember THIS IS THE ONLY DUTCH BROS in Monterey county and not everyone knows the menu just because they do so don't talk to the customer like they're dumb because they don't know the menu like your staff does. 3 stars went to the baristas who made all my drinks would have been 5 if the guy taking my order wasn't rude.
