Discovered this when we stopped to get gas after checking out a Mexican restaurant down the street that didn't work for us. It was so good! The chips were fresh, the fajitas were well spiced and they make their own tortillas. We will definitely be back when we take these road trips!
Very convenient location just off of highway across the street from Tesla charging stations and located in a gas station parking lot, looks like it's family run and once we entered they turned on the AC and lower the TV volume, traditional selection of Southern California Mexican food, however we did not look at the sushi menu

My partner and I stopped to get gas and came upon this restaurant--it was such a little gem. The service was so sweet and friendly and the food was fantastic. The aguachile especial was a generous portion of shrimp (see pic) and the ceviche camarones tostada was delicious.
