El Nopalito had very good food for very reasonable prices. My favorite is the Chicken Enchiladas. Food is always hittin the spot! The counter ladies & gentleman running the cash register are always welcoming and polite. Anytime Im in Soledad, I make this a mandatory stop for some food.
Wow such a good vibe in this place! Felt really welcome and the staff went above and beyond - letting us try the agua frescas and bringing us salsa refills. The barbacoa burrito was so fresh and fulfilling. Definitely coming back every time we pass through Soledad
This is my go-to Mexican spot in Soledad. The enchiladas are sooo tasty, very authentic and always fill me up. Depending on who’s behind the butcher counter, you can sometimes get birria in the enchiladas!
