My 74 year old picky eater approves this restaurant. She said the orange chicken is even better than Panda Express. At Panda, the bread coat can be thick at times but it is nicely thin at this restaurant. The sauce was great too. We also had a roll, Kung pao chicken, pot stickers. All great. Service was good. The place was clean. And it had enough people to make it lively.

My family and I (party of six) ate here on a Saturday evening. We were promptly greeted and shown to a table. The atmosphere is casual and welcoming. The lady that took our order was efficient. She frequently checked on us and the food was prepared quickly. The portions were big—we had plenty of leftovers so I might recommend sharing a plate. My family all enjoyed their meals—orange chicken, chow mein, teriyaki chicken, steamed white rice. I devoured some savory garlic edamame, miso soup (shared between all of us because it is large and they provided smaller bowls) and a California roll. Definitely recommend! Especially if you’re like us and traveling down from Monterey to pinnacles.

The California roll: ok. Sushi rice was good. Fillings okay. Sashimi was sadly disappointing because it was cut into huge chunks, not delicate slices. Very unusual cut on the sashimi. Would not advise, one of the fish was cut on the grain which led to very large chunks of chewy fresh fish.
