This Starbucks is filthy. . 3 young baristas standing around doing nothing. Dirty floor, food on tables, bathroom filthy. Yuk. We only stop to charge our Tesla. Going to try McDonald’s next time.

I see why the town will be bringing a dutch bros in.I went to this location on 12/25/23 at around 8:00amI asked the barista (short Orange like hair couldnt get her name) for a litle more milk in my drink and she acted as if the stuff comes out of her pocket.If im ordering a certain size, please fill my drink all the way up dont just give it to me half way the cup. Im the one paying for the extra items in there. Then she took it back and filled it up and she just slid the drink over to me. No apology no nothing. She looked as if she does not like her job. Why do they have people like her with no good customer service and so much lack of training? I hope dutch bros comes around soon. They never have a problem making the drinks just the way the customers like them. This girl at this location needs to be highly trained in customer service.

i wanted a venti iced mocha with oat milk. when i got to the window, the order taker mixed up my order for a hot white mocha. then i get this drink with no sticker and it isnt filled up to the usual standard. i can wait the extra second it takes to fill it up. spend your money elsewhere.

While I am not a real coffee fan I can appreciate the convenience and variety Starbucks offers. This location can get busy for the drive thru service depending on the time of day. They have some great breakfast sandwich and pastry options, though I find their prices are a bit high for the quantity of what you get. Given this is the only location in Soledad for Starbucks it's safe to say if you are seeking coffee it's probably your best bet.

Great people here and really friendly/welcoming. The reason for the two starts is not because of the service or the items I received. They were good, it was the absolutely disgusting restrooms. This kind of filth is not from a busy session in the establishment, this buildup of grime and gunk is from simply not cleaning the restrooms properly; like ever.Y’all can do better a little will go a long ways. I cannot imagine what is growing on the walls here in the restroom. Wow! Greasy floors, has not been cleaned in a really long time and if it was it was with a filthy mop. Soap scum buildup on the walls, and the sink has mold/mildew going all over it. Like employees also come into this place to wash their hands. Germs are a thing! If y’all are too busy to clean the restroom property once in a while I would suggest hiring a cleaning service to come handle it.

Nothing about this Starbucks was clean. Area where the crew was working was dirty. Bathroom was filthy and smelled. Floors were sticky in main area. Tables worn and dirty. I'm wondering if Starbucks is in trouble these days. Another chain coffee shop is coming soon to this area so we won't have to use this store for a road-trip coffee stop anymore.

I don't care how desperate you are for coffee but don't come here! The service is non-existent. I get to the counter and there's 3 employees working and none of them aknowledge me. One does eventually comes to the register and just looks at me and doesn't say anything. I have to engage with "Are you ready to take my order?" I order two Black and White mochas with 4 shots of espresso in each. What I got was two mochas with 8 shots in one and maybe 2 shots in the other. The place was dirty and dark. The plastic divider on the backside of the espresso machine was riddled with splash spots. It clearly hadn't been cleaned in over 24 hours. Not a place I ever plan to go to again.?

The food there isn't all that great, the bakery is not fresh and rather stale. It's like they leave it there for days at a time. I also got sick one time I ordered a matcha from here! The service also isn't the best either, I've had encounters where employees have shut the window on me when I kept asking questions about my order. The ambience overall is rather loud because it is a coffee place, not for relaxing

We love this place. We make it part of our trip plan when going to LA or SD. It is such a wonderful oasis in the middle of nowhere. And there is plenty of indoor seating.Vegetarian options: Not sure about vegan, but there are non-meat options.Parking: Plenty of parking right outside.Kid-friendliness: Quite kid friendly and lots of indoor seatingWheelchair accessibility: Lots of handicapped spots and wheelchair accessible
