Placed an order on the app and my card was charged, but there was no record of my order on their system so they told me they couldn’t do anything and to just wait a couple days to see if I get my money back on my card and if not to come back in. I don’t understand if my card is charged they should make my food. Do yourself a favor and go else where.

I teach at a nearby prison where it’s “Bring your own lunch” day every day. I saw signs advertising a Subway open at 5 AM so I gave them a try. I ordered a foot long to be ready at 6:40, and it was. It was wrapped as two different 6-inch subs, which was very thoughtful. Also, when I opened it the ingredients were put on with great care. The sandwich was delicious. I may do this more often in the near future.

For this morning they seem to have trouble spreading out the ingredients as well as they're always trying to throw the butt of the tomato in my sandwiches when should be thrown in the garbage and then they're going to tell you that they have a limited supply of olives so I ask for extra olives they give me $5 I said can I please have extra they explain to me how that is extra and they only have one large bin which doesn't make any sense because we are pretty close to a grocery store and if you run out you could just buy more instead of putting it on your customers and leaving them unsatisfied anyhow hopefully the experience will be better next time

This is a smaller subway. My family and I were traveling from Long Beach to Santa Cruz and we stopped here. We were 6, ages 16-74 and a toddler. They just had enough bread and they were trying to toast everything before you could let them know you didn't want it toasted. Three flavors were great. I would recommend, but make sure to let them know if you want your sandwich roasted before you order your bread.

To avoid...we asked for 2 wraps for $7.89 with chicken without fried breading and they asked us $27 for the bill!! because the price of the chicken according to the 'very nice' lady changed from 16 to 27 dollars! obviously I didn't collect them, I don't like teasing...if there is a difference it must be on the menu, otherwise let me know first...not even if I had asked for caviar

Skip this establishment... First off this has been my go to place for any Subways from King City to Salinas... that being said tonight was awful from customer service to the sandwiches being made. Ordered 3 foot long sandwiches and noticed the $5 dollar foot longs are long gone, I know its been awhile since this was a thing, as well as the weekly deals, sourdough bread is no longer being made I was told, the prices now...... wow $11 - $15 a sandwich, my jaw dropped. Okay so now I'm ordering past my better judgment after I asked about deals, prices, etc... and to top off the rudeness from the employee like it's her business, the meat was put on very sparingly, I asked why you spreading the meat so far apart and she replied... only 5 slices per footlong, again... wow, the vegetables were not very attractive... lettuce was yellowish wilting, cucumbers was slimy with dark spots, tomatoes looked rotten with bad spots cut out... I am just speechless, $37.00 for 3 sandwiches... thats it. These workers were very rude and had no remorse on portions as if they were losing money out of their pockets... its a sandwich folks, it's not complicated and you advertise freshness. It will be a long time before I go back to this establishment. Sad cause this place used to be worth my travel 30 miles away.
