Cute little bakery close to windmill and mission. Easy to admire the pastries and order. A few gluten free options, even more than on display. The cashier helped me order a few GF treats and I was so grateful. In a town that smells of sweets starting at 4am, this celiac would have been heartbroken to have not found anything!
We first discovered this place two months ago, and today, while in Santa Barbara, we couldn’t resist making the 45-minute drive just to enjoy their delicious Danish bakery treats. A hidden gem! Tip: don’t miss their lemonade — it’s surprisingly amazing.

I also ordered a caramel latte, which was extremely sweet. I asked if it could be changed to a regular latte, but Chilo, the barista, responded rudely and said I would have to pay again. When I requested to speak with the manager, the attitude became even worse. They eventually changed the drink, but the behavior was disappointing and not what you expect from a welcoming town like Solvang.
