Today we went for breakfast..we brought our appetite.... Waitress promised we'd love the strawberries, so we added. We asked for Nutella, but somehow never got..Here is what we got....
Crepes (Danish Short)
1. Strawberries looked amazing, but were sour; 2. Crepes were tasteless 3. Syrup was unsweetened
Classic Benedict 1. Egg was undercooked with running transparency 2. Hollandaise sauce was tasteless, waterered down and low quality 3. Waitress never checked on us
I would have thought it was my taste buds, but - this was the opinion of two people who independently brought it up....

Sort of disappointed because I had googled your spot typing in 'BEST BREAKFAST in Solvang' having driven from Santa Barbara to meet a friend. Even local friend vouched for spot, attesting the place is packed on weekends.
Feedback is breakfast of champions.

Unique experience here. In a good way. You line up, you order, you pay, then you sit and wait for your food. The food comes out quick! It was super hot, delicious. I ordered the chicken waffles. The butter was mix with something else but it was incredible. The portion could have been more and I wouldn't of mind paying extra for more. Definitely, a place to try. Top notch customer service.

Not a tourist trap. Amazing food for really good prices. The orange juice is fresh and possibly the best I had so far. The food hit the spot. You might wait a bit to place the order but once you sit down the food will be at the table extremely fast. Outside sitting is great right in the center of the town. Love it and will be back for sure. Visit with conference.

We visited Brix for brunch during a family trip to Solvang, and it was a wonderful experience.
The atmosphere was cozy, and the staff were incredibly kind—friendly service that made us feel truly welcomed.
The coffee was especially memorable: smooth, mild, and perfect for a slow morning.
While the portions weren’t large, the quality of the food more than made up for it. Every dish was flavorful and thoughtfully prepared.
Highly recommended if you’re looking for a quiet, high-quality brunch spot in Solvang!

Ok ok place didn't find very nice. Food was average in taste. We ordered avocado toast it was barely half a slice of bread so inadequate quantity. One reason I will not come back here is because I had to stand in the queue for 15+ minutes just to order food ahead. That's not the idea of brunch please don't waste other people's time just to order food
