Couldn't decide on which one to try so I did 3! I got the classic bratwurst, jalapeño cheddar bacon and the rod polse. Buns cost an extra $1 each i believe but i didn't get any cause i didn't want to be too full. My favorite was the rod polse and it tasted so good dipped in the honey mustard. There's a variety of sauces and sides you can pick up yourself after placing your order. It was picnic tables set up style outside, nice on a warm day, but cold on a windy day.

I never like to write negative reviews, but the guys did their best, I asked what I would get if I ordered each item, would it be only one sausage? I was told it would be 3, so I order 3 items hoping I get 9 sausages, sounds good to me, they charge me $45 and the guy ends up bringing me 3 sausages and lemonade for $45, I was surprised, I asked why and they tell me each sausage is $9.45. Smells like a scam, they gave me my money back, and I agreed, but they gave me $38 back , being scammed twice in 10 minutes is amazing, my applause.

While visiting salvang we saw a huge crowd in line of this sausage spot! So we had to try it of course and we were not disappointed I ordered the sausage on a bun and my husband ordered the cheese burger and let's just say this was the best cheese burger he had ever had it was charbroiled and very flavorful so of course I had to take a bite of his cheeseburger and I was blown away by far the best burger ever I know they are known for the sausages but you must try there cheeseburgers. Definitely hitting this spot again next time we are in town

Food was okay, some sausage were great 1 or 2 were a bit dry. We got the top favorite sausages (they show them on the menu). The sauce bar was a good touch with all options. Food came out fast. It's a blend of self service and bringing food to you. There's not a ton of options to eat in Solvang but this is a good casual family friendly spot. It's completely outdoors but has a sun shade.

Overall, the sausages we had were good. The sausage was flavorful, however the bun was average. The buns were a little cold and hard. If you are into sausages, I recommend getting the sausage platter sampler. Avoid the bun. Also, wish they had more mustard flavor options. The service was pretty straightforward, you order at the stand and they bring you your food. Staff were pleasant. The ambience is outdoor patio seating, so if you are visiting, there's no indoor seating so dress accordingly. It was a little chili and windy when we visited.

This is a must visit location in Solvang! We had a sampler and tried the Kielbasa, Hot Italian, Jalapeño Cheddar, and Bratwurst. All of them were amazing and I definitely recommend testing out all the sauces offered. My favorite was the cranberry. The item that surprised us the most was the French fries! Super well seasoned and crispy. The service was quick and friendly; they bring your order out to you. All of the seating is outdoor and has a few TVs playing music. I'm looking forward to coming back

Just had a great meal here. The apple sage sausage was great. All of the sausages were delish. We got the sampler and the beer sampler. All good and the music is great. There's a nice little outdoor area with TV's. Love this place and will def be back!

What an experience! Got their sausage sampler plate $21.95which is totally worth it because you get 3 different sausages for a good price! We ordered the polar, cheddar jalapeño, and bratwurst flavor and all 3 were tasty. We also paired it with a side of sweet and sour sauce and Coney Island sauce. Both paired nicely with the sausages. We also got the pretzel which came with cheesy sauce and it was good. Outdoor dining only and very casual ambiance. Service was good too. With a coupon from King Fredrick Inn you can get 10% off on your order. Pretty good!

For the ultimate sausage experience in the area, this is the place to be. With a plethora of options to choose from, we followed the staff's recommendations and had zero regrets. It's definitely one of my favorite spots. If you're in the area, be sure to pay them a visit.

This place is awesome!!! It was such a lucky and amazing find. We were exploring the town casually as a family member pointed out its location behind an ice cream spot we stopped into. When visiting here, you should ask the staff which sausage is popular by the people. It's usually the first top 3 and the Italian spicy that is the crowds usual. Beer choice is vast here. Everyone has their own preference but getting the flight paired with the sausage sampler is a great pairing. Their sauce choices, as you can see from the pics, is exceptional. Their fries is also good. Be sure to grab a basket. You'll find the seating area resembles an outdoor beer garden, which is easy to hang out with groups and quite mellow. Love this place. Can't wait to visit them again next time we are in town.
