Ordered my pizza it came at 10:55 pm tonight and I was so delicious it was hot and fresh. The delivery driver was very nice didn’t get his name but he’s an older guy but really nice guy.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the performance of Domino's AI system. On July 4th, I placed an order with specific instructions for the pizzas to be delivered to one of my vendors. Despite receiving confirmation that my credit card was processed and my order was confirmed, the delivery did not go as expected. My vendor was charged for the order, in addition to the amount charged to my credit card.
Furthermore, I encountered unprofessional behavior from the female store manager, who was both rude and dismissive regarding the situation. It was evident that there was a lack of accountability on the part of the staff, as they did not acknowledge the error with the order. I believe that with my contact information on file, they could have reached out to address the issue, but instead, they chose to demand payment from my vendor.
Due to this negative experience with both the AI system and the management, I have decided that I will no longer use Domino's services at any location. I prefer to support local businesses where orders are handled by attentive staff rather than automated systems that result in payment complications. This experience has been exceedingly unprofessional and frustrating.

I ordered a large pizza and some cinnamon bites. Order was marked as delivered and never showed up. Wasted money & the store manager who is a woman would not give a refund. I’ve had multiple calls about my order and it was never delivered. When asking for a refund the manager told the employee to “not give me anything”. This dominoes is a waste of time & doesn’t deserve 1 star.

Sick and tired of there tracker saying the food been delivered but no one showed up. food is fine, the delivery people say its the higher ups doing that to make it look good on the specs that they deliver on time, so writing a bad review because after years of having to call in to make sure my food is still on the way its the only way i can get the message across. also it often takes an hour for the food to arrive.

Paid a total of 87 bucks and this is the Philadelphia steak and cheese sammich I get, barely a piece of steak, I count about 5 mushrooms and the rest bread. Yall have no clue how to make a damn sammich plus it’s burnt and hard like cardboard. NEVER AGAIN!!!ASSHOLES!

I’m very sensitive when it comes to customer service! Very disappointing service just now for my Hawaiian pizza! I ask the guy to give me the sauce on the side , he doesn’t want to by explaining to me that I must pay for?! Excuse me pay for what? It’s already included in the price! Comes with sauce but I don’t want it on top of the pizza I wanted only as much goes to the pizza on the side ! I’m not happy with this kind of stuff! I give them tip instead I should I’ve use it for my sauce haha on the side !!! Ridiculous excuse that they don’t even have where to put it on the side ? What’s happening with Dominos ? Not fun anymore! Can’t get Parmesan, can’t get red crushed pepper , prices higher omg

Perhaps this is due to the fact that I live in Hollywood, and my local Domino's has lowered the bar so much that my expectations aren't what they used to be, but I was so surprised by the quality and experience of this store.
My order was completed very quickly, it was 💯 accurate, delicious, and the employees were very friendly, even at the late hour.

Avoid! Worse dominoes there is. Cold stale pizza. And worse they never showed up! Had to call back and they were 1 hour 30 minutes late. Kids were starving. They said they couldn’t find the place. We are downtown next to them. Signs clearly out front. Such incompetence. So sad for this generation.
