The Seasonal Three Course with Local Wine Pairing is a popular choice, offering thoughtfully prepared dishes such as Roast Cauliflower, Tuna Crudo, Ricotta Cavatelli, Filet of Beef, Chocolate & Honey, and Passionfruit Cheesecake. The presentation is beautiful, and the flavors are generally excellent, making each course enjoyable. However, the Ricotta Cavatelli came with prosciutto and what tasted like mushrooms, which were not listed on the menu, making it a bit too heavy for some. Still, the meal remains satisfying and well-curated. The staff, including servers and management, provide exceptional service, making special occasions truly memorable. The chef is accommodating, even creating custom dishes for vegetarians, and the ambiance, creativity, and overall skill set contribute to a truly exceptional experience.
