The worst hamburgers we ever had. I had a jalepeno based burger served on sloppy toasted rye bread that tasted like wet cardboard. My wife had the American burger that was supposed to be well done - the patty was so raw it could have been resuscitated. After complaining, we just got fobbed off. We sent our plates back hardly touched, paid in full, and left. Not recommended.
Fish and chips and the pot pie were great. Came on a holiday so the poor servers were slammed and there were only 2.
Bartender in a kilt, what could go wrong? No bread pudding
The pub was only average. The service was rushed but this I contribute to the high volume of tourists. The beer was great, while the food was just average.
Pet friendly. Amazing food. Great portion sizes. Great service. We look forward to coming back again!
Didn’t have forks until a few minutes after the food arrived. I think the vegetable mix on bangers and mash was odd. Some of the peas were rocky hard like maybe they were frozen and then microwaved. The sausages were good enough. The mashed potatoes might have been frozen and heated or instant powder. The food quality was generally not amazing.
Went in there at 2:30 today, not many customers but we had a group of 21 people. We finally got enough tables together and several of us also sat at the bar.
Not a word from the staff. Sat there for about 20 minutes and the two other guests next to us left. We never got served so we walked out and went to a place across the street.
Very bizzare. We would have spent a ton of money and tipped very well had the staff simply acknowledged us. We watched them work in slow motion
and they just didn’t care
Also the tables and bar just felt sticky, ick.
This was one of our favorite places to eat in Solvang. Delicious food, friendly atmosphere, and all within the beautiful city of Solvang. We highly recommend Fitzpatrick's when you're looking for an excellent meal!
Don't waste your time. lt took FOREVER to take our order. It took over 30 minutes to get it starter and then they brought out the wrong item. We never got the onion rings. Twice they brought the order to our table. Forget keeping your glass full. They walked past the table, look at you and keep walking. The food was nothing special either. Incredibly disappointing.
The shepherds pie was delicious

After a car show in the neighborhood, we were craving a beer. Service was slow but the food was delicious. The fish and chips were amazing!

Came in for a beer and a snack. Great pub with a good selection of beers. We also had their nachos which was made with thin potato’s vs nacho chips. And for the protein they added chunks of ham! Yum! We were pleasantly surprised. We really enjoyed them so get them if nachos are your thing.

So over priced for really mediocre food. It's more a drinking place than an eating place.

We had no issues during our visit. This was one of the few places open late compared to all of the other restaurants. Their service was good and pretty fast in my opinion, along with great prices for their food and drinks. They charge a fee to pay with a card and luckily we had cash, we didn't see a sign or anything, we noticed on the receipt it said total with cash and total with no cash and it was about 4 to 7 dollars more with no cash, this is the only reason for taking off a star from my review. If it wasn't for this, I would have no problem giving this place a 5 star rating.
