Rude and non existence service. We waited in the backseat for a server, no One addressed us so we went to the front of the bar and asked the bartender if we could place our order at the bar. The bartender said I only am here to make drinks. I don’t serve and then a server came around and saw us and said me and some other person are going around and we will take your order, but that never happened. They then said if we wanted to go to the other room where there was live music, but again, no service. It was a very poor experience.

They refuse to make a Jungle Bird. I apologize for my unsophisticated palate that enjoys that drink over the rest of your menu "that is way better than a Jungle Bird." Basically the kind of judgemental pretentious bartender wearing a beret that, if they appeared in a movie, you'd expect to see get ludicrously embarrassed in the 3rd act, because their outrageous buffoonery deserved callback punishment.

Really great tiki vibe, from the decor to the music to the chill staff. Drinks were fun and they had their own mug. All good. One thing would be that the balance on the drinks between sweet and strong is a touch too far on the sweet side. Would come back anytime one driving through.

This place is a VIBE! We loved coming here for drinks. The micheladas are great and their giant selection of drinks was good too. This is not a full bar so just be open minded and order whatever sounds good on the menu! The bartenders were great and very attentive. First, this place is beautiful! The lounge in the back especially. Even the restroom has tiki decor! We went in on a Sunday. Ordered the lychee martini, missionaries downfall, and the zombie Viking. Personally, I thought all the drinks had a little too much citrus (lime in the missionaries downfall and zombie Viking, lemon in the martini), but my boyfriend insists they were perfect. Regardless, they were beautiful! Service was great! They kept coming back to check on us. Drinks came quickly. Overall great experience. They also have a large variety of tiki mugs for you to purchase either with your drink or as a souvenir.
This was a highlight of our visit to Solvang; It should be on your priority list if you are visiting. Quirky, fun atmosphere with friendly, personable staff. Cocktails were fantastic, with fun presentation.

I absolutely love this place. The ambiance is great- I love how it is decorated with so much tiki decor. I love the dim lighting and couches. They also have a great store with so many souvenirs I wanted! Wines, cups, mugs. Service- The service was great. Our bartender was very funny and attentive and engaging when we made conversation with him. Drinks- they have a great selection of booze. I tried a guava drink that was so tasty. All of their drinks have a great presentation. I came for their selection of winter drinks and was not disappointed! I had an Apple cider drink the misfit island mixer) it came cold and came with a cute gingerbread rubber duck I was told I could take home. But my favorite was the eggnog drink (Christmas castaway)- so incredibly tasty, and did not have too much peppermint or coconut either. Coming here every time I go to solvang !

Tiki drinks are good for being wine based. The female bartender seemed overwhelmed, said it was so busy, and it was a Monday morning....I know it was busy the day before....but when I was there yesterday only about 10 people there. She was kind of abrupt. This is a newer location from where they used to be.
