Ingeborg's Danish Chocolates Inc.

A little patience (they’re might be line) will be well rewarded… having recently traversed the country and while always looking for a special chocolate store, I’m happy to report I wasn’t able to find anyone to match Ingeborg’s chocolates.

They have petite cones for the ice cream!! Genius. The perfect serving of ice cream. Pistachio nut and mint chocolate chip very good. I didn’t try the chocolate but looked so good they even had 3D printed chocolate !

Friendly staff and amazing chocolate. Marzipan is the best! I have to stop here every time we are close by.

I kid you not, the cost for the chocolates in the picture was about 30 dollars! That's more than 5 dollars each! So expensive, I feel like I got scammed. Not worth it and not going back.

Good but not special chocolates. Very expensive. Not that Sees is better, but it's a fair comparison.

This store and it’s chocolates are outstanding

I purchased a box of sugar-free chocolates a few days ago after much consideration, and even a sample from the person working there.I gave the box as a gift to my parents. I was mortified when they opened it, and each piece was covered in a white, moldy powder substance. It seemed as if that box had been on the shelf for years with no expiration date on the box. I had no idea. I did call to let them know the situation and they were nice about it. However, they did not offer to refund or replace the box of chocolate that I purchased. The person that I spoke to did not sound surprised, they said that they did not make the sugar-free items in the store, they were from somewhere else. Not the best customer service and definitely not the best chocolate.

Soo much yummy chocolate and ice cream! The service was awesome, so nice and the chocolate to die for! Rock chocolate was fabulous, the sea salt caramel chocolate squares were superb, the dark chocolate peanut cups were super creamy, then almond toffee was scrumptious, I really love chocolate in case you can tell and Ingeborg's absolutely delivers! The Danish town setting of Solvang is so nostalgic, it's like being in west coast European oasis! Definitely should be a destination if your ever in Solvang California

Pathetic service and the worst hot chocolate ever. Went there today and asked for extra hot chocolate and ended up getting a cold "Hot Chocolate". Worst servers ever on top of that who clearly hate their job. They looked like underage as well. They used water to dilute the HC . Yikes.... do yourself a favor and do not go to this shop.

5 star+ chocolates. But 1 star service, I'd give it a zero if I could. Here we average to 3 stars. Don't bother calling their shoppe and leaving a message–you will be ghosted. Mail orders continue to be a challenge for Ingeborgs. You have to live in or near Solvang to appreciate these outstanding chocolates.
