JR is a BBQ pit master! He has been grilling up delicious steaks, tri tip, chicken, sausages, fish, veggies and potatoes for almost 25 years. The red oak BBQ gives his food that smokey, juicey, and tender flavors that is hard to beat. Personally I think he grills up the best BBQ in all the central coast. Next time you are planning a wedding, birthday party or special life event, try out JR's catering. You will not be disappointed.
Hired for a wedding and were a smashing SUCCESS. Our guests couldn't stop talking about how great and tasty the food was. In fact a guest wants to hire them for their event (I'm trying to get their name so I can put them in touch). We had tip, BBQ chicken, ravioli, tossed salad (amazing I would name the salad if I could remember the name) and French bread not including the sauces. They arrived on time, set up and were incredibly professional and in the background. ...
