Leonardo's Ristorante-Pizzeria

My family went for lunch during our short stay at Solvang and we were surprised by the food. The pizza was definitely one of the best I have ever had. The pasta also tasted so flavorful and the texture was perfect. Service was great, too. Our server was very friendly and accomodating. All in all, we were surprised to find this gem in this place.

Didn’t like the pizza, the dough was like Domino pizza, whilst the price isn’t ($26 for a pizza). The service was mixed, our main waiter came across as pushy and a bit arrogant, whilst the young waiter who took our plates was very kind and polite. We were seated at the back, which felt like we were pushed in a corner below a very loud speaker.

Surprising find in a strip mall, Leonardo’s is more than just a pizzeria. It’s a full service restaurant with good food and service. We stopped in for lunch as we were driving through Solvang.

We only had antipasti choices for our lunch — capers salad and the melanzane (eggplant parmigiana). Both were delicious.

Service was quick and pleasant. The restaurant is quite noisy, even though only a few tables were occupied.

Came for a nice dinner & turned out horrible, drinks were super strong. It felt like they just poured the liquor into the cups. Server brought some bread and was super stale and had to ask server to even bring us some butter with it. When ordering food the server offer really “good plates “. The food bill came up to almost $200 & left more than half behind. This would be the last time ever coming here don’t waste your time or money here. Server gave us free ice cream & that was even nasty.
