I have traveled Italy and the meal I had at Leonardo Restaurant was like going back to Italy again. It has a modest exterior next to RiteAid but once you enter you are transported into an elegant restaurant. Wonderful dining experience.

Do yourself a favor and come experience Leonardo's deliciousness! The ambiance is fun, the service is impeccable and the food is the best part. Shawn was our amazing server whom really elevated our already positive experience. We ordered the burrata and vegetable appetizer that we very much enjoyed! The burrata was fresh and the veggies and arugula added freshness. I ordered the veal tortellini with cream sauce which was decadent and I enjoyed every bite. My husband ordered the ribeye special and ate almost everything on his giant plate. He was very impressed with the quality and texture of the meat. He also enjoyed the mushrooms over the top. We finished off dinner with the chocolate soufflé with vanilla gelato and it was the perfect size for the two of us. It was divine. We can't wait to come back and experience another meal with Shawn as our server. Shout out to him for knowing so much about the wine, menu options, and the sourcing of ingredients. Thank you for a fabulous evening!

Open table reservations is easy and convenient. Hostess was very kind and seated us as soon as a table was available. Server was extremely efficient, knowledgeable and genuinely loved his job. Many food specials and options for sharing. Sole Picatta was the best I have ever had...lemon caper sauce was perfections! Our one guest had the Risotto special and commented it was the best he has ever had...even in Italy! We love Leonardo's and are so thankful his beautiful restaurant is just down the street from our home, convenient and best food EVER!!!! And did I say, the bartendress was a real character and made the perfect Grey Goose Martini's! Salute!!!!

The food here was pretty good! We came in on a Thursday late morning. We didn't have a wait, the service was great, the variety was great, and it's cute in there. I really loved the waffles with fresh strawberries. Would definitely come back if I find my way back in Solvang :)

Our first visit to this beautiful little Italian café was better than what we could have expected. From the white tablecloth to the professional staff to the good drinks to the good food... We will come back. Oh, the wine is very nice too.

Loved our breakfast! I had the Brioche French Toast and my husband had the Chile Verde Omelette with cottage fries. Both were delicious and the coffee was Italian Roast! The service was top notch!Will definitely return!
The food is phenomenal! We had the calamari and burrata as an appetizer. Absolutely exceptional! Linguine with seafood and Cioppino as the main course. Delicious. The service was attentive, above and beyond. Highly recommend this restaurant. The next time we are in town, we will be back!!

Everything was fantastic, from the house infused olive oil (I wish they sold) to the cannoli. Everything was paced very well so we didn't feel rushed or like we waited too long for anything. Our server was also really great.

We had a wonderful experience at Leonardo's. From the time we sat down at the bar and visited with a bartender Angela to the time we were seated with Angie our server our experience was seamlessly excellent. The food was beyond delicious, ample portions and served hot. Coming from the San Francisco Bay Area, we have a lot of exposure to fine restaurants. Leonardo's rivals many of them. Leo...please open up a restaurant in Marin County—-we'll be there every week!

My friends and I drove down from Orcutt for my birthday dinner. The food was absolutely amazing! We shared several different things but the standout was the braised beef risotto special, it was so rich and mouthwatering! Our cocktails were great and our server was lovely.
