We love pho, didn't feel like the traditional sausage and beer garden. This place did not disappoint...brisket pho and combo pork and shrimp plate were both very flavorful. Service was fast and friendly.

I usually never leave reviews but i just had to say something about this place. The waitress was insanely rude and restaurant was very dark with sticky tables. When the food was served it was very small portioned and cold. Looks like they warmed it up in the microwave. Never go to this Pho spot, theres a better one in santa maria.

My family and I ate 5 sets of rice and 2 servings of spring rolls on the menu for only $12 each for rice and $7 for spring rolls, but when the bill came to $117 I thought we were cut off guillotine and there are quite a lot of flies in the shop, which is unhygienic. Everyone should stay away from this shop

Who would expect a Vietnamese restaurant in a cute little Danish town? It was a cold starry night... And all I could think of is having some pho for dinner. Came across this place and with the trusted 4 stars from Yelp and I gave it a go! Up the stairs and pho here we come! I wasn't really expecting the best, I mean, Solvang isn't really known for great Vietnamese cuisine but I was very pleasantly surprised. We were greeted instantaneously and were able to sit anywhere we wanted due to us getting there so late, we probably passed the rush hour. The place was very clean and felt very modern with a comforting feel to it. Our server: Very attentive and understood everything we said. Sometimes there is a language barrier when you want that authentic pho and it can make it hard to communicate. What we had: Tofu Spring Rolls - Just the way spring rolls should come out. FRESH and rice paper perfect. Not hard or stale. #5 Combination Bowl Pho (Small) - Came with steak, brisket and meatballs. The aroma of the broth said it all. The meat was cooked to perfection... So flavorful. Veggie Pho with Fried Tofu (Small) - Real veggie broth jam packed with fresh vegetables and an ample amount of fried tofu. They also have a full service bar. We had the pleasure of meeting the chef and owner. Chi you are amazing. She made sure everything was to our liking and was so genuine in her approach. If you are in Solvang and you are craving some good Vietnamese cuisine, please go here. I promise it is absolutely amazing. Keep up the amazing food and the excellent service. The woman who was serving us came to me and said that my 8 years old son spilled water in the bathroom. She pointed her finger at him and demanded that he doesn’t do it again in a rude tone. It was not an acceptable behavior and we are never coming back to this restaurant, neither we recommend it to anyone.
