The shop is always one of my last stops before I leave Solvang. They have a great selection of sweets and I particularly love grabbing a caramel apple on my way out.

An amazing selection of fudge and chocolates and truffles. And to die for caramel apples with all kinds of toppings. I happened to have a "celebrate" button that I got from my resort for my birthday, and I was asked what I was celebrating. They gave me a free truffle for my birthday. They have a very friendly and helpful staff

I went in today and was wholeheartedly greeted by two teenage boys! I was delighted to see that they were both having fun and taking pride in their work, which was refreshing to watch. They were very funny and the caramel apples were delicious! I wish there was a tip option for credit card payments so that I could've given them something. Would definitely recommend going in on the weekend to meet these guys! 5 stars

My wife has been wanting to go to a Rocky Mountain chocolate factory for a while now, and she found this one when we were at Birkholm's Bakery. This was not a special trip to the store.
Came in on a Friday at 6:00 PM and were welcomed by the nicest employees!! They gave us great recommendations. The chocolate is delicious but the great employees definitely make this place 5 stars!!

I always get a caramel apple at every place I visit. This time I found one that I've never tasted before. Caramel apple with tajin. It was good but not as good as my fave, English toffee.

Howsoever you f*** up a caramel apple? You put wax or parchment paper around it. Literally took off 90% of the caramel. Ruined it! Most places do something similar. The issue is their caramel wasn't thick or really stuck to the apple.
