I haven’t had their danish butter cookies in many years. Hilary was fantastic to work with to get a tub shipped to my home in time for my birthday. The cookies arrived flawless! These cookies are exactly as I remember. Hold their shape but melt away in your mouth. Utterly craveable. I might need to make this an annual thing. Tub of cookies instead of cake? Yes, please!

The crispy roll cinnamon thingy was delicious, surprisingly not too sweet yet super crispy. The crispy thing stuffed with coffee was also not bad. They could definitely use some price tags on the items though, I do not like guessing how much Im going to be paying for something especially at a tourist hotspot. Other than that this shop has really good style that compliments the surrounding danish buildings, absolutely worth a stop if visiting Solvang.

Rum balls are glorified cake pops. The Jamaican rum cookie filling was good, but the cookie was cold, thick and hard with too much chocolate coating. My Danish was disappointing, I've had much better ones at other locations. I visited on what seemed to be one of the busiest days of the year, so maybe everything was made days before. We took one little bite and tossed everything. I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt with three stars because of the hordes of people...
