At 6:50 PM, the two young gentlemen working escorted customers out and closed the doors, saying they were closing. The posted hours indicated otherwise, so this was very disappointing.

According to the salesperson, all ice cream is supposedly made with cow's milk, and there's no other way... They certainly wouldn't have ice cream without cow's milk. That statement is a bit unqualified... What a shame.
