I was surprised to see some of the reviews on here because I had such a great experience with the churro cart. They had great communication leading up to our event, followed detailed instructions about when to arrive and where to set up, and served some delicious churros. Like top notch tasty churros some of the best I’ve had. Our guests were obsessed with them!

Absolutely, unprofessional and not worth to work with, no work ethic. Reached out for an event to support at Google and they don't resond in a timely manner ignore phone calls don't respond or send emails to plan an event, high disappointed. I will never suggest and reccommend any Google teams on folks on our campus to have them at events.
I was communicating with a person from their team named Rae don't understand how they can employee someone so unprofessional.

We hired this churro cart for our wedding and day-of they cancelled and did not show up. In an explanation to us, they were unable to articulate what exactly the cause of the cancellation was. We understand emergencies happen but the real issue is they were unresponsive and unprofessional - not just on the day of the event but in the weeks and months leading to it. We repeatedly had to follow up when our questions were left unanswered. They were also wholly unapologetic to of the hiccups throughout. Do not trust this company to deliver for a special event, be it a birthday or a wedding. I’m sure, based on past reviews, they will comment with big apologies but they will fall flat. This is a poorly run business. Run fast.

I have never posted a bad review until now. The Churro Cart contacted me a week after the event that I would receive a refund and it was never processed. They have yet to answer any of my calls or emails about the refund or respond back. It has been over a month since our last conversation with their Head of Sales.

I would strongly not recommend their services.

As a wedding planner promptness and great customer service is something we always want. The Churro Cart is that and so much more. All attendants are super friendly, always on time and always have such a delicious product. Book them, you will not be disappointed. Oh! Plus! The cart is super cute!!!!!

We loved using The Churro Cart for our wedding! Our guests loved the delicious churros and the friendly service. It was a total hit! And the process of working with the team and getting everything situated was very simple, which is great when planning a wedding. I will definitely recommend The Churro Cart to anyone who wants a yummy, fun dessert for their event. Thank you again!
