Great customer service and selection, just kinda pricey. Make sure you look at the weekly ad for sales, good deals on meat!
A wonderful local store with such a great variety of products! And now, in the frozen section, you’ll find authentic Ukrainian food — Varenyky (pierogi) and tender crepe rolls from Ukrainian Flavors 🥟
Expensive
Very nice kinda reminds you of whole foods - not sure if everything is grass feed
Excellent customer service, kind employees and the best selection of goods in the north county… love this store!!!
Valley Fresh Market is a corner neighborhood supermarket. It's the only one in the area that offer good grocery products as well as deli. They are located in a large plaza. It's Solvang's Ralphs or V0NS.
Overall, it's a nice supermarket. I recommend it.
Wonderful staff and selections. I am biased as I can walk there in 5 minutes 😅 . They are pricier than Albertsons but it is a convenience thing. What is really cool is on some weekends they have a big BBQ in the parking lot cooking up some tri tip that is incredible. Make sure to stop by and support local y'all. #thevalleyviking
Great staff!
Produce they carry is 1st class
They absolutely ripoff the tourists nothing is reasonably priced in this store about 80% to 90% is overpriced for the most part , they are DISHONEST!
I love stopping here, and grabbing a pirate sandwich. We travel 3 hours and this is my first stop and will continue to recommend it to many people. Very friendly customer service from the lady that makes my sandwich, give that woman a raise.

Everyone so helpful and willing to help with whatever you need
This was my first time and I loved it
Albertsons' service at El Rancho prices. This place needs new management, new cooks and better pricing. Every single time they open a new register (long after the line dictates doing it) they take the latest person to arrive instead of the folks who've been patiently waiting (even when the Manager is standing there doing nothing). The cashiers stand around talking to each other and leave their lights off when they are open but on when they are closed. It drives me batty.
Produce is mediocre but overpriced. Packaged goods are grossly overpriced. The Hot Food bar costs more than at El Rancho but is just greasy overcooked garbage. Salad Bar is okay, but again more expensive than at better stores. Stay away from the Sushi. The one bright spot is the meat and poultry which is reasonable for the quality, and the cooked barbecue is actually good.
I came in and was impressed by this very nice grocery store.
It was amazing.on all the unique mushrooms and herbal products they had. The variety of cheeses is impressive . The store is very clean and the staff makes you feel welcome.
