We’ve eaten here for many years and it’s always been some of the best Thai food, very flavorful and high-quality.
The last two times we’ve gotten takeout we were appalled that the prices have gone up so much and the dishes were bland.
$100 got us three noodle dishes, and a curry all of which were meh. We understand that the cost of living has gone up but the other Thai place in town still has great tasting food for more reasonable prices.

I believe you could say my husband & I are 'regulars'. When I call & give my name if it's available they make sure we have our favorite table! We enjoy our appetizers spring & fresh avocado rolls. My husband loves his spicy papaya salad! We like to share a hot sake. For entrees our favorites the curry dishes, param with crispy tofu, the crispy chicken with veggies green curry, sometimes get the chicken satay for my entree. We are treated like royalty Sai & all our server gals are so very friendly and we are never rushed. Always order too much but enjoy our leftovers the next day! Just love 💞Bangkok 9

Had a fabulous meal this week at Bangkok 9 in Sonoma. The vegan option for the Spicy Noodles, with tofu and extra veggies. Large portion, nice and spicy (as I requested). Service was excellent - prompt, courteous and professional.

everything was flavorful and tasty! nice atmosphere, good service — definitely coming back when I have the chance to :)
I ordered the Bangkok Salad9 for lunch today omg! It was so delicious and worth it and I will definitely order more next time😋
the food is really really good, but i ordered a mango sticky rice today and it was so gross. they didnt even bother cut the mango in pieces as it shows on the display. the amount of rice wasnt even 2 spoonfuls and it was ridiculously priced. 15 bucks for not even half a mango and hard left over rice is insane.
Overpriced.
Absolutely love Bangkok Nine! The food is delicious and full of authentic Thai flavor. Sai, the owner, is one of the kindest people I’ve ever met — so warm and welcoming. You can taste the love in every dish. Highly recommend!

The best Thai restaurant in town. I will be back again.
Absolutely love this little hidden gem. The service is genuine, kind, truly heartfelt hospitality. I noticed other comments were negative based on the price. As someone who works in hospitality management I know just how difficult it is for a restaurant to stay afloat.
I encourage all to give some grace to this locally owned restaurant. The food is so good! You can taste that it is made with love, care, & the freshest ingredients. My partner loves the chicken pad Thai, I enjoy the ginger chicken plate — healthy & full of flavor! The spring wraps are light & tasty as well. We also tried mango sticky rice for the first time and were blown away! We will be back!
I go to pick up a order they tell me to wait 30 min and I order half hour ago online. They don’t care how long I want t
Really good food, very attentive server, would definitely go again!
Hot basil chicken dish with fried egg on top was very good as well as yellow curry, all yum!
