We had El Coyote for a casual dinner the night before our wedding for about 30 guests. They arrived on time, had a really extensive menu, food was fresh and delish, and price was very fair. Would recommend them again for sure!
Stopped by for lunch and got an asada burrito and horchata. Service was fast and polite, 5 stars all the way. Burrito was fantastic, flavors were excellent.
What stood out for me was the horchata. Very good and refreshing on a 100°+ day.
Will definitely be stopping by more often.

Had a chorizo and egg burrito my first time there. Was not impressed. They cooked the chorizo and egg separately and then put it in the burrito. Sad! Mistakenly, I went there a second time the following weekend. Ordered a regular al Pastor burrito that tasted nothing like al Pastor. Sour tasting burrito. Never again! Terrible food!
