I hired the El Coyote taco truck to come to my house for a party a few weeks ago. I couldn't have made a better decision!! My guests absolutely LOVED the food, the service, and the fun concept. I LOVED the convenience of no shopping, cooking, cleaning for dinner for 30+ people!! We stopped in here while hunting (unsuccessfully) for The Girl in the Fig's food truck. Turned out The Girl in the Fig food truck is no longer operating. But this ended up being a terrific food truck experience. The fish and shrimp tacos were wonderfully fresh --among the best I have had. And my husband loved his carnitas tacos, which came with a perfectly roasted pepper. Will definitely be returning!

Well, today I stopped and got 4 plain tacos de cabeza without any condiments so I could taste the meat for itself. They were Amazing!
