seems like nobody has work ethic anymore, quite often when I get late night craving and think I'll go to jacks place is lite up but no one will take my order, sometimes as much as 45 min. before close. if job is to sell food? then where is anybody? very frustrating

Good food Same as every Jack in the box, slow service, atmosphere isn't special at all but it works and is what you paid for. Pretty good.

In the night they serve soda. With no gas. The service is bad. They don’t provide receipt
The only acceptable food item is the iced coffee. The cashiers are rude and so are the managers. We used to love this place but it has significantly gone down. The employees definitely need more customer service training.

Update: I did end up going back there a couple times...I guess the main concern would be that it is unpredictable.Will never go to this Jack in the Box again, perhaps any Jack in the Box. Food was not edible. My husband, 7 year old son, and myself all threw out the majority of our food, and had to go home and eat dinner instead.

The cashier was rude & when we got home discovered that one of the boxes was wrong. So we had to make an extra trip to return the box and get the right one. In the meantime the rest of our order got cold.
